Hey, is there a way to change the date or do you just have to go around and around til you get there? Thx

There is quick set of the date. FPJ actually have the PDF version of all the manuals online. It is kind of fun to read through all of them. Except for the Astronomic, the manual does not seem to be covering for all of the functions.

Thx I figured it out. You just gotta rotate the crown backwards to set the date and forward to set the moon. I called down to the Miami store and they told me how to do it.

Also learned that you can only request a watch that you try on, a floor sample (exhibition basically). Seems pretty tough for a guy to order a watch that way but I guess they know what they’re doing.

Do you have a picture of your special order strap that you can share?
Sounds interesting with the MOP dial

I don’t, nor does the boutique until it comes in in a few weeks. I am being told that it isn’t uncommon for Jean Rousseau to lag behind the delivery of the timepiece with special request straps through FPJ. I’m sure it will be worth the wait and of course I will post pics when I get it. In the meantime I’m unboxing the timepiece at the boutique tomorrow with the standard alligator strap.

Thank, I’m beyond thrilled!
I’m so taken by the way the mop dial catches the light in so many ways.

Thanks everyone. Beyond thrilled!
I’m storing a friend’s CB so it gave me a chance to snap a few pics this morning

It's insane, just when I thought that my entry into the brand couldn't get any more special with this breathtakingly beautiful timepiece.

The whole thing is humbling and I am incredibly grateful.

Was there for lunch last Thursday, went with the Astronomic tasting menu. Definitely Michelin Star grade imo, was superb. Loved the little touches too like the watch parts in the utensils, movement skematics on the walls and famous watchmaker plaques at each table. 10/10 highly recommended

I was In the restaurant last Friday. Elegante menu in my case. Food was great, place and location amazing but people… people was really superb!

They were wearing a special edition of the Elegante just for some of the workers of the restaurant.

We talked about wine, about FP and about watches Even we have the chance to meet Mr Dominique Gauthier.
