Seamaster Diver 300M chrono master chrono

I have an Omega Seamaster Diver 300M chrono Steel/Sedna Gold on black rubber strap.

Now I want to buy a steel bracelet. My ad can order both the steel/sedna or the steel version but the latter will not be as beautiful als de Sedna steel version (according to my AD).

What would you do? The price difference is more than 2500euro....

That’s why in general it pays to buy on the bracelet unfortunately. I saw one somewhere with the steel bracelet on however and it looked fine to my eyes. You still get the gold on the bezel etc.

I would go for solid bracelet in steel, no Sedna. Aesthetically for me that takes less away from the Sedna on the actual bezel and hands, pushers, etc.

Had that piece that you have, but ended up trading it for the regular black steel. I bought the bracelet version, then the strap. As others have said, much more economical that way.

Which do you like better? Do you think that the watch won't be as "beautiful" with the all steel version?

I happen to like the sedna a lot, so I'd go for the two tone bracelet. That said, I've put the steel bracelet from my white smp on my two tone yellow gold/blue smp. It'll look good either way.

I found a thread with some pics from when I did it.

I saw this watch in person over the weekend and yeah... it's a LOT of Sedna. I hadn't considered what it might look like with the stainless bracelet but it might be OK. If you do pony up for the two-tone, you'd be making one hell of a statement.
