IWC Galapagos
I picked this up recently and am really enjoying it. I love the blue hue to the glass and it's quite nice having something a bit different with it being coated in rubber.

I was not familiar with this model, until I saw your post. Took a look on the IWC website. That is quite the diver! Really like the idea of the rubber coating, must feel amazing. It is nice to have a watch like this that has some uniqueness to it. In house movement as well, I see. it must be quite comfortable, although it is quite thick. But the proportion with the 45mm case would make it really stable on the wrist.
Congratulations! Carl

Thanks Carl. Yes it's a stainless steel case but with a rubber coating. It's remarkably comfortable but as you say it's quite thick. So much so that if I'm wearing a shirt I have to put the watch on afterwards as it's hard to slide the shirt sleeves over it.
Anyway it's nice to have something a bit different :) |

Picked one up myself recently, I had read the negative stories about the rubber coating so I was slightly hesitant, this one is 9 years old and still looks like new, stunning looking watch.
