Polar all the way. So easy to read the dial and an eye catcher. Also I like the fact that it is the only Rolex sports watch with a white dial. However, if I could only have one I would probably go with the black.

New Explorer II BK & PW

Get both ! I've been through this... Comparing which one to get!
I am talking here about the new Exp.II 42mm. I like the black for the (Phantom Effect) of the 24hr hand and I like the White (in both old & new model) for the Black Gold finish of the markers & hands !!
In my opinion both are a killers!

Back in 2008, I went in to the AD to buy a white 16570. The glossy black dial/white markers were stunning so I went black.

Went in to the AD last November to buy a black 216570 but the flat black dial left me cold.

Comparing the two side-by-side and on my wrist, I went white:

if it were the old EXP II, vote goes to the black one... if it was the newer EXP II, voting for the white one... just not digging the "floating" hands on the new Black EXP.... just me of course! ;-)

Go with the polar bear! The phantom does not look right. Matte blk dial with glossy blk hands... Doesnt look right to me. Thats my opinion only.

I voted Polar!

I have the GMT IIC with a black face, so I want to have a change.

Also, just think the white pops.
