At least the AD was gracious enough to let you do that.
That's how it should be done.

To each their own. But I have to agree. If you enjoy stickers that's cool. But I do not. Don't ask the Ford dealer to let me take the sticker off my F150 either.

I think the AD should remove all stickers before the watch leaves the store as a courtesy. I find it a pain to peel off the stickers. I understand this is now Rolex policy.

I was asked whether it was okay for the AD to remove the stickers for my last purchase. I said yes as I was enjoying exploring the AD. They still missed a few

I remember removing the stickers from a Sub and it took forever.

My AD always asked. I walk out with everything as well. All tags, Bezel protector and Coffin. A couple times he asked if I wanted any extra items as they throw many away as most people don't care or want them.

I've been on the waitlist for a year for a Pepsi now and one of the things my SA made very clear when he put me on it is that is that the stickers would be taken off and it would be sized before it left the store.

Then again at this point I'm not even sure the waitlist exists so who knows, maybe those rules don't either!

They insisted on peeling them off in front of me when I picked up my Sub Bluesy 2 weeks ago. No probs.

I love peeling the stickers off. The SA likes it to be done in the store in his presence. Which is ok by me ,he's a really nice guy. I purchased the BLRO 6 months ago yesterday i discovered two tiny stickers I missed.

It’s always a cumbersome process for me, I’m glad that finally Rolex AD is doing it for me.

AD removed all stickers today when I collected my BLRO. Not only that, after boxing my watch again, I noticed that he had left the bezel protector out of the box. When I said, “better not forget the bezel protector”, he then told me that they were no longer allowed to include it with the watch!
Doesn’t really bother me but wondered if anyone else has experienced this with recent pickups?

No interest to be honest - I removed a few stickers on some in the past - always end up missing a few.

obviously got a lazy AD
I think some greys can actually source aftermarket sticker kits that they can retrofit.

picked up an 114060 from AD earlier this month, and they left all stickers and the bezel protector in the box. I am waiting for my birthday to start wearing it, so peeling off the stickers in a few weeks will be an unveiling to myself of sorts...

Happy to have them do the destickering. With my luck, I'd end up scratching it up or something stupid if I had to do it.

They were removed when they took payment for the watch. I would have preferred to keep the caseback sticker, only because I dislike when the caseback gets scratches.

Yes. My SA is getting very, very sick of removing stickers.

What's the criteria for a useful thread? We have learned that some people enjoy taking them off and others rather have the AD do it. Along with that we got some nice stories to read about experiences people had when picking up their new watches. I was entertained, many people replied, it wasn't useless IMHO.

Peeled some and didn't peel others. Some still have full stickers on them.
