I own the Sub and love it. They are two distinctly different watches though. Apples and Oranges

Between these two, I much prefer the YG Sub. The only WG Pepsi I would take over the YG Sub is the meteorite WG Pepsi.

YG Sub with a sunburst blue dial feels much more special than a WG watch with a standard issue black dial. Or even the blue dial version.

Between those, definitely the gold sub but it’s really a choice of which metal you’d want imo. The gold sub is much more unique, one of the draws to PM imo is getting more than the standard black dial.

I have both of these and they are very very different.

The BLRO is much less flashier than the sub.

It depends on your personal taste. As a daily the gmt is understated but the sub screams out “look at me”.

I should say, I’ve only had the sub for a few days so it’s hard to give an in depth comparison but they are both incredible for different reasons.

I got both but like the Sub more. Probably more to do with the SS Pepsi diluting my feelings for my WG Pepsi.

You want attention, YG Sub. That watch is an eyecatcher.

You want to blend in, WG Pepsi.

Personally, is you're going to drop that amount of money, get the YG Sub! That's a lot of money to blend in...LOL

Both are beauties, but quite different from one another. May be go with the one that adds more diversity to your current collection? If you don't have a blue dialed sport reference I think the Sub is hard to beat but you can't go wrong with either

Going to have to completely different feel when wearing these watches. The YG SUB with blue dial and bezel is hard to miss , while the WG BLRO looks fantastic but unless you are a Rolex fan most will not recognize an oyster bracelet BLRO as a PM watch.

Wg BLRO probably more versatile and under the radar. Yg sub definitely more a statement piece!

I have owned both and would get the YG Submariner. The WG BLRO was undercut by the SS version and I own that one for 25K less. Same thing with the WG Sky-Dweller and the SS version and an even larger gap. I am a fan of WG and own a Daytona in white gold after moving my SS Daytona-C where it was better to own the WG based on the prices of the models.
