Is it a beautiful watch? Yes of course, but I don’t think WG Rolexes are worth it IMO. They look like steel but are 2.5-3x the cost. No thanks, I prefer variety over one watch.
"Blah?" Strongly Disagree... it's a grail for many for a reason...

I agree with this assessment, having had all three of these watches. The president is a perfect daily wearer with its 40mm size and low profile, and the weight makes it feel very special on the wrist. Honestly, it's become a little difficult to slip on a stainless steel model after regularly wearing an PM Rolex. I definitely love mine and it gets the majority of my weekly wrist time!

Best,
Tom

I don't think I would. And I'm a huge WG fan, especially the DD (but partial to the olive dial) Now...if you're talking about flipping the Sky and keeping the SD, maybe.

No, but would consider adding a WG or RG DD to that collection.

Clarence,
I'd do it. Those 2 are so big and heavy to wear, not like a PM at all.

Go For It !!

If it was me, with this collection, (very nice by the way) if making a trade for those two...It’d be for a YG Sub

Don’t do it. The two you got now will only appreciate and the DD40 will only depreciate. Not to say that you’re in the culture of selling but that is what is is, besides the 2 you have a great and not easy to source at MSRP should you change your mind

Personally, I would not for WG DD. Now a rose gold with olive dial DD would make me think harder about the trade.

Do you find that it wears good with casual attire? How does it wear, size wise, compared to a Daytona? Lovely pic by the way and I am also highly considering the olive dial.

No way....dont do it. Thats a BAD trade. You can pick up a DD for just a touch more than what the Sky Dwellers are going for.

No. The Rolex diver in SS trumps all. It’s the best daily companion.

Huh? SS Skydweller is not going for $26k-$27k not matter which version.

Maybe trade the white dial SkyD for the blue dial version to scratch that "blue" itch? I'm just in the camp that a DD should be yellow or rose gold. A WG DD is just "meh" to me. Although, the platinum version with the ice blue dial and blue roman hands is my absolute favorite DD. Something about that dial.

I’m actually highly considering the option of trading the white SkyD for the blue and see how it turns out for me.
