My first vintage piece 1675

Hi guys, l've taken the plunge into the vintage market with a 1675. It's a 2.6 serial number which dates to 1969 with a 6215 jubilee bracelet, pepsi bezel it has a very dark blue, which l've never seen before. The watch is in great condition for its age, so with all the GMT mavens (experts) your input would be very helpful for future purchases. Could someone please tell if the dial, date wheel, hands are original to the era and the blue for the pepsi bezel.

Bill great watch you have there. Love the open 6 date and aged dial markers and hands.

Not a biggie but the bezel insert is probably after market. The red and blue should dissect the 6 and meet between the 1 & 8 at 1800h. I may be wrong and others more knowledgable will chime in for a watch this age.

A new bezel insert can easily be sourced on the forum. Enjoy your watch.

Yep, the bezel doesn't look right, otherwise, from one angle it looks nice

Congrats on your purchase Bill, I wouldn't have noticed the aftermarket Bezel, however, you have a great dial on that GMT! Enjoy and I'm sure there will be more vintage purchases in your future!

A classic - congratulations. I can see one of these being added to my modest collection as my first vintage Rolex!
