I have seen absolutely zero Rolex’s this year, but to be fair that’s because I work as a sales assistant at a major Rolex AD.

London (Sloane Square/ Harrods area).

I've been to Beverley Hills, Bel Air, New York and Tokyo this year and London for me has the most Rolex's per square mile.

Bal Harbour in Miami and Highland Park in Dallas is where I saw a lot of high end watches in the wild.

Singapore!

It seemed every second person was wearing one.

Whereas, here in New Zealand I see them in the wild very rarely

South Florida without a doubt.
I live in the Chicagoland area so I assure you there's plenty of money here, but it's the classic old secretive money.
Way more than when I live in Manhattan as well.

My first time in Florida? I stayed at a 3/4 star hotel in Fort Lauderdale and every single person in the elevator, lobby, Miami airport, breakfast place across the street, etc. had a Rolex on.

I really enjoyed the ability to spark up a genuine conversation with virtually everyone I met about their watch. (This does not go over well if you do not have a nice timepiece on as well haha--they'll think they're about to get mugged).

I have made watch spotting a covert sport over the last decade. Probably the most consistent place every year is Walt Disney World at the resorts on property. Grand Floridian and Polynesian are at the top of the list. A lot of affluent international guests. I will be at the Grand Floridian again this year for a extended vacation. I would bet it will be another good watch spotting season. The break down is DJ being the top Rolex model by far. Black Subs are a close second. After that it’s a free for all of DD, Daytona’s and GMT’s. AP and Panerai also make a good showing. This year I will be wearing the new BLNR. The years back have been CHNR, LVC, TT Sub, Panerai.

Where in the wild have you seen the most Rolexes ?

1) Airports for sure. Planes too.

2) Aspen, CO. Go into any restaurant or shop there. They’re everywhere. Not just Rolex but lots of other high end watches too.

3) There is an upscale restaurant in Ponte Vedra, FL where my wife and I go. Always see 2 or 3 Day Dates every time I go there along with Subs, DJs, etc.

4) Where I work.
