Suspicious Ad.

Hi Guys,

Just a heads up , I might be wrong but this ad seems very suspicious:

https://www.rolexforums.com/showthread.php?t=691851

-Crappy pics
-No feedback
-Short congrats etc replies on the majority of his posts
-If you look at the 1st and 2nd pic the watch has exactly the same time ,second hand in the same position , so basically it took him less than a second to remove the paperwork and take another pic, most likely a photoshop unless watch was stopped but still suspicious IMO.
-And last but not least who reduces the price of the hoottest rolex like that , guy started asking 26k and dropped it down to 21K.

Be careful guys lots of scammers out there, I might be wrong but hopefully a mod will check the ad.

Thanks.

Agreed LOTS of bs posts in Dec and Jan to boost post count. Looks suspicious.

Wouldn't be concerned about the watch time setting. Power reserve probably down to zero.

I just came across a suspicious ad that I'm 99.9% sure is a scam. I reached out to a mod but they haven't responded yet. What's the best way to expose the scammer?

Go back to the ad and click on the red triangle with an exclamation point inside it to the left of the post; this 'Report Post' will get to an Mod ASAP. Type out your info and send.
