A good price for a 114060?

Morning all. I haven't had a great deal of experience with what's reasonable with grey above AD prices but is 9,000 (GBP) a good price for a 2020 Submariner 114060? Comes with warranty card, booklets etc etc and still has some stickers left on it.

Cheers

Hi, have you checked out Chrono 24? There's quite a few 'unworn' with stickers etc for cheaper in the UK too.

The only good price is the one you are willing to pay its that simple.

Hackett Watches has a Sub Date at £9.5k, so I'd say no that isn't a good deal.

A quick search on Chrono24 and it seems to be about the going rate for a new unworn, 114060.

I got mine last December from my AD within a few weeks, but with the situation now, who knows what the waitlist would be.

Horrible situation to be in right now.. They go, as all steel models for ridiculous sums of money over the retail..

I have had a quick look around some of the more reputable UK sellers and watches.co.uk (with whom I have absolutely no connection) have an unworn example with stickers for 8895GBP. There is not a lot else out there. Miltonaires sold an example with stickers for 8200GBP a few weeks back. All really depends on how much you want this particular model. If you do purchase then please remember to share some pictures. Good luck with your decision.

I want to get it but I just wanted to check to what extent I'm going to be getting ripped off

I think if you are going pre-owned worn then you should be paying around 7.5-8000 - I wouldn't pay more then that!

You are likely paying a bit of a premium for the stickers that are still on the watch... depending on what peeling off those stickers mean to you, you could otherwise likely find a 2020 version without stickers for a bit less.

Yeah true, it's not a big thing for me to have them but in this case it kind of adds to the new/unworn aspect of it.

Have a look on dedicated Rolex facebook groups - I've seen unworns go for 8250-8.500 but of course its all face to face deals. You might not want do so in current climate.

I bought a 2019 unworn one and I paid 6.8 a year ago on FB group.

Okay, so I bought it. Thanks everyone for the posts and suggestions, I had a look around and all the prices were pretty similar so I grabbed it while I could. It was a straight forward transaction so no messing around. Should be arriving Thursday... Friday the latest.

Would have said that was an ok to slightly over priced deal, definitely not a terrible deal.

But at least you got it done hassle free, enjoy when you receive and pics!

I bought one a month and a half ago for £8k, and I know it was a reasonable price, as I’d bought several other items from the grey market dealer. It was brand new partial stickers. I’d aim for between 8-9k
