I ended up picking up a white dial DJ41. I love how it plays with the sunlight.

I don't forget the date, so I've never seen a need for a date complication on a watch. Some of mine have dates, because they don't come without them. I wish every watch I had came with a no date option.
Keep the classic sub and BB58.

I rarely forget the day of the week. I forget the date all the time.

I agree. I have 2 watches now without a date. My 3rd watch, if and when I get one, might not have a date either. However, a blue dial Datejust is still high on my short list. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I have a very similar, 2 dive watch collection. Sub date and OG black bay. I would suggest you keep both and save up for the DJ.

Do you tell your wife how many strapless dresses, or black shoes, or whatever?
I didn't think so. Carry on. |

For me--a SS sports Rolex + a Patek or Lange dress watch would be the perfect 2-watch

I’d do it in a heartbeat. But I’d sell it for an OP39 or explorer. I prefer no date pieces. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I am trying to limit myself to a 3-watch collection:
1. Travel/ work (airline pilot), 2. Rugged/ outdoors, and 3. Grail. And the watches are... 1. Tudor BB GMT (new movement 10/ 2020 due to date issue), 2. Rolex Sea-Dweller 4000, 116600, and 3. Rolex Sky-Dweller, SS bracelet, black dial (AD called and offered it, of course I said “yes!”. |

I love my BB58, but also regret selling an older sub. I’d hold onto both for now and when you get bored of the tudor put it towards a DJ.
