I got two free links with my BLNR 5 years ago but I am paying for two links for my SD43. Rolex now charge the AD so they will now charge me.

I think if you want extra links you should pay for them. Rolex will charge the ADs for them in any event, so if the AD wants to eat the cost they are free to do so. I would not expect any AD to absorb the cost, unless this was an accommodation purchase to help the AD clear stock.
