Strap from Patek yes my AD got it for me. I punched a hole in it for the right fit
And had to make slits for the spring bars. it was free!

I have done the same with a couple of Rios 1933 straps I have used on my Patek watches. The spring bars work perfectly through the slits!

Thx mate ; I am guilty of the same. I sold my previous 5146g grey dial and commented on another member here that this reference with the cream dial was boring and pale ...Lol
Is my everyday wear to the office Now , understated class with superb legibility
