Ladies cocktail watch, im going to guess late 40s into the 50s? Out of style currently so there isnt a huge demand. They usually sell for the gold content and the value of the precious stones unless there is documentation that it was built/sold by a very famous jeweler or retailer. Then it will add some additional value.
