Ripped my 16600 bezel off tonight :(

Had a moment tonight with my much loved seadweller, working behind my bar I caught the watch and tore off the bezel, after an age of searching I found it but have lost the spacer thing and the click spring, searched for ages but seems they are gone forever :(

I had the watch serviced by the London rsc last year and if I can help it don’t want to send it off again, does anyone have a contact for someone in the UK who I can purchase the missing parts from and install myself?

Thanks everyone :)

This is a very easy task for you to do on your own. Save your money buy the parts and follow an online tutorial.

Look at the positive side, this allows you to clean under the bezel.

Non-OEM aftermarket parts can be found easily. Rolex-branded parts are harder (in the blister) and more expensive to find. Both parts are pretty cheap regardless. Installation isn’t hard but needs to be correctly as you don’t want to bend any of the parts.

It sounds like you need two parts. The click spring and flat round tension spring (looks like a thin washer that lays under the click spring and bezel).

My first thought would be to try various ADs because some might have the 2 spare parts on- hand or can be easily ordered w/o sending the entire watch to Rolex. You can also stop by a Rolex RSC if one close.

2nd option is to find a non-AD repair shop that has a Rolex parts account. Also check the classifieds here.

3rd option is to be secondary market parts on sites like eBay, esslinger.com, etc...

You will need part 316-16660 and 317-16800.

An AD might be able to help if the parts can be obtained but the quickest fix might simply be RSC?
