Vintage question

Sorry if this is the wrong place, using Tapatalk so I can post pics.

So this piece was in my mothers drawer for 40 years, bought at an estate sale before that. I can't find anything that looks exactly like it, though it appears to be 40s? It's 29mm, one lug is blank, the other has what I assume is a 6 digit serial number. Any info would be appreciated. By the way it keeps great time!

40's Oyster Royal. Later crown and tube. Original Bucherer retailer dial.

Likely 4220 Should have a serial number between the lugs at 6:00.

Crystal appears to be an original type. Hand wind. Calibre 710.

If you open the case the reference will be on the inside of the case back.
