Need input regarding lume on dial

I have an Explorer 14270 I managed to track down a dial to replace my tritium one cause I want a dial that works in the dark.

Upon receiving it, I noticed some uneven-ness in lume on some of the markers. My current tritium dial seem to not have this issue.

Included some pics of the dial, what do you guys think?

The lume can bloom out slightly, it doesn’t nessaseraly mean it’s a resume if that is what you are thinking.
