This is my first Rolex. Bought it in about 2001. I've had it serviced once (about 10 years ago). Still keeps great time.

I've had this for 20 years, my father had it for 30 years before that.

My grandfather had this for 40 years after which I've had it for 20 years.

The rest are modern pieces, not that long, relatively speaking.

How many years have you owned your Rolex?

My 16610 S series has been with me for over 22 years (bought it new on January 1995 for $2420 )

Graduated from med school in '84. Parents gave a DJ as a graduation present. They have both passed. It is in the SDB. I have a daughter who just started her thrid year of med school. I plan on giving her the watch when she graduates.

My grandfather bought this in 1955 wore it gave it to my mother when she was coming to settle in the US. She wore it and left it to me. So it's been in the family for 62 years.
