List of some of the discontinued models (includes 5711A)
there are about 10 others but these are the ones that stuck in my mind.
Interesting that 5711R and 5712A continue. 5711A 5131P 5905P 6002G 5146G 5146J 5374P |

Patekholic posted a "confirmed" run-out list on his Instagram story. Indeed, it seems that as per his story, only the 5711A is discontinued.

Most people are saying that the 5711s are now gone, but it looks like the R won’t be discontinued this year.

Has any official announcements been made? I’m still seeing the 5711 in steel on the website.

But if a watch like the 5196 goes, there usually means there is a refreshed 5196 with a different model number. I wish they "discontinued" the 5196 with a new 6196 or whatever they call it. Same goes for the 5711, I am assuming a "new" refreshed model is immanent... if not this year, but the next. It's not gone. |

Decisions like this, to not discontinue the 5270p, is what is turning away collectors from Patek. There is little concern to keep models limited and special, even in what is presumably a hallmark complication (PCC) in the noble metal that is platinum with the supposed “rare” dial color of salmon. It’s a shame.

do you mean to say that you wish the 5270P was discontinued?
