Tiffany’s Patek Options
Hello, I’m looking to buy a Patek tomorrow at Tiffany’s to celebrate 2021. Based on the watches they offer, what would you recommend for a male 6’2. My current collection includes a Rolex sub, deep sea and Sky-Dweller.
Thank you Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I was told based on my purchase history I can get what’s available here:
https://www.tiffany.com/watches/shop...ilippe-tiffany Knowing nothing about Patek, I’m hoping to get some advice. Are any of these in particular hard to get or readily available? Any thoughts on the: 5524G-001 5196G-001 Thanks Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

None of these are hard to get at a PP AD. The two you listed are very different , both great watches. If you have a large wrist, the 5196 may look quite small- but if it’s a dress watch you are after, could fit the bill. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro |

Really appreciate this. I’m not looking for a dress watch and I have very large wrists. My 41mm Rolex sub is as small as I can pull off.
Is the take away nothing entry at Tiffany’s Patek will work for a large male wrist, non-dress watch? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

If a 41mm Sub is as small as you can pull off than a Patek might not be for you. They are objectively smaller. Even the pilot's watch.
Try AP maybe if you want to step up from Rolex and possibly have the watch fit you. |

Thanks. I think AP is likely where I’ll need to go. Unfortunately, the nearest AP boutique is 400 miles away in Los Angeles. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

5524G. 42mm and thinner bezel may give it a larger feel compared to the Sub.

I also vote for the 5524G. It wears well either casual or formal. The white gold version is “colder” versus the “warmer” feel of a 5524R. Can also be worn inconspicuously because of it’s low profile look. Love the dual time function of this watch! Definitely something to remember 2021 with once countries open up and we can finally travel again!

5524G, 5905P/R will work well for you. You can get those with a good discount from an AD (not from Tiffany & Co though)

5524g is the way to go then - will wear a tad larger than the sub41. It’s a great watch, wish I had the wrist size to pull it off . Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro |

This is not a choice, only the 5524 fits your criteria.

Are prices for a Tiffany's Patek the same as a 'regular' Patek ?

Do you need much of a history to be able to get the 5524g?

I’d consider the 5960. Looks great on the blue dial and I’m guessing this is the end of the reference. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

5524g will have a waitlist- at least that’s what I was told when I looked into it. I ended up going non T stamped

If you’re going for a dress watch, I would consider the 5227R. It is on the bigger side for a dress watch at 39mm. If you want to go bigger then I would see if they can source a 5905p at 42mm.
I like the 5524g but more casual than dressy. |
