Is this a new model?

This Rad was on the dive into light video from Panerai.com. Doesn’t seem to be a black seal. Anyone have any insight?

I think it is the PAM00720. They have both 720 (Gold hands) and 721 (Blue hands). However, I could be wrong and the above picture is just a 232.

Further the above #3 post, here are more information about both 720/721 watches. They say the delays is because the watches are linked to the Nazi. Anyway, here they are::

Judging by the case, font style and lume color, I think it's pretty clearly not the 720.

I actually agree with you. It look more like the 232 except the 232 doea not have that hour hand from the picture but has the same strap.

The hands are subtly different. The strap also appears to be the old school MX style strap at first glance. If they were to bring this back, it would be the perfect base model. This would make me regret my recent 610 purchase.

just like the 249, on the website it shows the 'op logo' crown when in reality the crown just has the letters op on it....
