SIHH 2018: Royal Oak Offshore Diver 18K Pink Gold ref. 15711IO. Live Pictures>>>>>>>>

By far one of the hottest watches released by AP at the SIHH 2018 and one that is on our short list to get as soon as possible.

That's a sexy piece! Looks like they are onto the K serials now as well. (unless I didn't notice we were already on those).

Saw and handled this at SIHH. Its indeed nice but I found the dial underwhelming. I wanted to like it, as I'd like to buy one, if that makes sense, but bearing in mind what I already have I know I'd not wear it, as its just not dramatic. I do suspect it will be popular though.

The lighting wasn't good for pics colour. Clearly the contrast between the RG case and bezel is great.

I think black dial would add more depth to this, too in danger of getting washed out.

I agree Neil. Or a darker grey, rather than silver.

I agree with the rest. Sometimes the lighter dials on the Diver seems like they are missing something vs. the black cleaniness sits just a lot better visually.

Perhaps the lack of an "AP" logo in the similar size / format to the 15400/15404 is required to make the lighter dial pop a bit more.

I agree totally with this. I've always felt the text Audemars Piguet needs the AP logo in gold or silver above, whichever is more design appropriate. Its only small but it carries a lot of visual weight, particularly as in (my view anyway) its a very nicely stylised logo.

I read in the article this watch is only for Ginza Boutique Japan and then I call AP Boutique Prague and they tell me I can order in any AP Boutique Diver rose gold new SIHH 2018.
I don’t want to buy it because I think not have contrast btw rose gold, colour of the dial and bezel but who want can order in any AP Boutique!
