Need some advice

I've decided to obtain a gold bracelet AP, after considering PP and Rolex. I think the AP all RG is stunning. So, 15202OR blue or the 15204 skeletonized dial? There is a significant price difference of course. Also what if any discounts off retail from the boutiques? I would appreciate any thoughts from this knowledgeable community. Thanks!

If you can swing the 15204or that’s the ticket! Sorry I can’t be of help on price. Boutiques typically 5-10% max if your lucky

as much as i love the 15202, in this case the 15204 is a no brainer for me. Are those still even around new at a boutique? I have no idea.

According to AP website the 15204 is now a legacy collection (discontinued). I think you can get a 15202OR for a discount from AD's since those don't sell as well. I've seen 15202OR in a lot of AD's while I've only seen the 15204 once in the NYC AP boutique.

Yeah you guys are right, 15204 is legacy, have to get it thru the grey market if available. It is an amazing watch for sure, maybe not worth the additional 30-35k in my case. The 15202or is iconic/beautiful in its own right. I prefer it to the 5711r(also beautiful). I'm getting a 10% discount off retail . AP is definitely tightening up prices/ limiting availability and decreasing ADs in the US, probably Europe/ Asia as well. Taking a page from the PP handbook of creating a market, increasing demand
