I recently reached out to vinceb (aka Vince from TimePiece Perfection) about a Hublot watch. Vince responded quickly and professionally, answering all my questions. I was definitely impressed with his communication. We worked out the details of the deal quickly and I was able to wire payment the same day. Vince shipped the watch exactly when and how he said he would. Unfortunately FedEx didn't deliver it on time ... through no fault whatsoever of Vince. Nonetheless, Vince was extremely supportive and helpful through delivery. Upon arrival the watch was extremely well packaged and exactly as described. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Vince was excellent throughout the process and the watch is just what I wanted.
