Same as crashblue, ordered within minutes of receiving the email and they will send mine within the next 2 weeks.

Order #52XX if that might help you.

^^ ditto, sooo excited!!!

Alas, the chosen intl shipper is a widely-known ___ and lies about delivery dates, so i expect a minimum of a week 'delay' before delivery here (two weeks may be more their norm for 'overnight' delivery).

In the meantime I got an e-mail from Fedex where I had to confirm to them that I pay the local sales tax, import fee and their handling fee in cash before I get my parcel.

This is a first for me however I haven't used Fedex in years.

Normal for FedEx circa 2022. Oh the multiple stories I could share with you about 'modern FedEx'. The good news is that, eeeeee-vennnnnnnnn-tu-allllllllllllllllly, they do deliver.

Received a Fedex e-mail this morning that the watch will be delivered till 6pm. At 5:58 I called Fedex they told me the tracking doesn't show the actual status the watch is at the customs at my local airport and might be delivered on Monday. 1 Minute after 6pm the update changed to will be delivered till the end of the day.

Yes I have to pay them 555,49€. 19% sales tax 0,80€ import duty for watches and the rest is the handling fee for Fedex.

They asked for a written confirmation that I will pay them in cash. When I called today they also checked if I have already confirmed to pay.

Alas, am booked SOLID with work today, yet the doorbell rang and...

Yes it is.

Yes it's that too. :)

It's light on the wrist, very solid feeling, and a nice attractive and beefy strap.

Yes it's a lot of fun for the entire family! :)

Sorry for the lousy pics, again am waaaay booked solid in work today.

PS: My Muse's 21 y/o daughter is here, she wants one.

Totally amazing!!! Surprisingly light on the wrist too at only 84 grams including strap and clasp. Brilliant, brilliant design!

Oh, my 6.75" wrist is usually the THIRD hole on a strap, here it is the second hole closest to the watch case. Just a heads up for those with smaller wrists on choosing strap sizing. The clasp is SOLID, and you need to push the release for it to be removed. Very solid design.

The world needs more Max

gtg, still waaaaay behind my workload.

Oh my, bummer Crashblue. If this helps console you a bit, the Czapek Monochrome White was stuck in customs for over two weeks(!). Fortunately all arrived fine.

PS: Max needs to add a self-destruct feature so when a stupid @$$ flipper tries to... the timepiece self-destructs :)

Ok, a few more observations. With the deployant clasp sized and on my wrist, when taking it off the strap does not simply slip off my wrist, as i need to undo the buckle bit to allow more strap through to then be able to take it off. A very good security feature IMHO.

Am surprised how wonderfully light the case is, as have worn 'beefy' pieces and wrist balance tends to be very imbalanced. The strap has good 'grip' so it doesn't just slip-n-slide all over the place when worn. And yes she has some height to her, so not something you'd try to slip under a custom M2M dress shirt.

Since i'm not a fidget-spinner type of person, it seems to take a bit of learning to get the winding rotor to dance and sing, yet she does love to dance!

As a keyboard jockey / coder, the side-case reading of the time makes perfect sense

Once the MB&F Willy Wonka arrives ~March 2023 I'll be eligible for the blue version... i have a photo idea!

So... while changing straps as found one i prefer a bit more there was a lesson. For those looking to stock up on watch bands, lug-to-lug is 24mm. While the lug width is 24mm, the stock springbars are 1.8mm / 26mm bent a bit in the middle. This gives clearance for the pointer at 6 o'clock position. At the 12 o'clock side you can use a 1.8mm / 24mm straight springbar if you desire. Not sure which site this band came from, i did try and find out.

Broke out the Timegrapher today. Looks like a good hairspring and accuracy is very good, with the beat error being off by 0.2ms.

Mine got stuck for a day as well, did they send you a form or link to fill something out? I filled something out and had the watch the next day so keep an eye out for that.

Echoing what others have said, biggest surprise has been just how light this is on wrist. Peering through the back, it's mostly empty space.

No, still stuck in customs for 6 days now, according to Fedex it is the customs fault.
