Going through my grandads old coin collection and came across his watch. Not familiar with the name, appears to say 'Ofair Geneve'
Can anyone identify the model?

Great looking watch! Fantastic looking Omega Constellationesque pie pan style dial.
You may have a tough time finding info, you may only find a model number if you happen to come across an old advertisement or receipt. Probably nothing stamped on the watch itself.
One of the many independent Swiss watch makers from the 50s and 60s that went into oblivion once the quartz age came around in the early 80s.
Most likely an ETA movement so it shoudlnt be hard to have serviced and get running again. A service, stem and a crystal and youre good to go.

I suspect that this is an early jeweler's family or company branded watch.

There would likely be more information inside the case back, as well as movement data.

Here is the caseback guys any info appreciated. I wouldnt know how to open this any tips? PS its started running when I was handling it to my surprise wouldnt the charge be long gone?

Depends on how talented you are.

The notches around the back are for an expandible tool, but you can tap against the flats with a screwdriver/punch and if it isn't too tight it will come unscrewed.
