Rolex 16520 parts

Does anyone know if RSC still have parts for 16520? Particularly the bezel and thin hands.

Most probably best to ask first as Rolex in many cases with hands they just replace with whatever they have in stock, but they will try and keep true to whatever reference model.

The lady on the phone cannot confirm me so I am asking here to see if anyone has replaced such things recently

RSC will replace with lumina hands for sure. If you want to keep your watch truly original find a really good independent and leave the hands alone. As for bezel I'd leave it alone as well but to each his own. For me it is far more important to have a good honest watch.

I have the 116520 and I’ve received a quote to replace it. The quote referenced 16520 as well so I presume bezel is replaceable and they have it. She remarked they do have them. Probably will have a “s” underneath for service.

It was $250 plus tax. This was RSC BEVERLY hills.

From what I was told they have stock on parts/watches up to 30 years old.

Hands are not the thin ones unfortunately.

Very few independents can access parts for cal. 4030 so you'll likely need to stick to RSC.

The bezel will look like the 116520 with large spaces between the letters, not original for the 16520. They do not have anymore correct 16520 bezels.

Yea I can confirm they have it for both references. I got a quote from them and it listed both. Was thinking of buying one now for $250 while still available but don’t think they’ll sell me individually and it’s unclear if it will have an “s” for service. Anyone know?

How about the thin hands?

Not sure I only had inquired about the bezel and they wrote up a quote when I walked in. This was at the Beverly Hills RSC

The bezel you will get will be service replacement, it will not be correct for a zenith other than the last batch of A serial models. With large spaces between the letters in the words....
