Should I trade my Globemaster?

I have a 2016 Omega Globemaster in steel which I wear on an off. It's a lovely watch but I find the bracelet uncomfortable and the case too thick.

I have the opportunity to swap the GM for a 2015 DJ36 (+ $1,500) or a 2017 OP39. I love the bracelets on both and cases are not as thick. But I'm worried I'll find both Rolexes a bit boring and regret the swap.

I'd appreciate any thoughts or suggestions.

I think you should consider the OP 39mm with white dial or black dial, nothing boring about it, Those are pure Rolex DNA. That's my .02.

The one I'm looking at is the rhodium dial OP39. I'd prefer if the batons were all lumed like the white / black but not a deal breaker. Appreciate the input.

Have you considered putting the Globemaster on a strap? I'm a big fan of the white dial 39mm OP but I think the Globemaster is great too.

If it is time to go, then it is time to go. Make your choice and move on. Try to get something you like and will wear more. That is part of the fun of collecting is trying new watches. I would look at the 39mm Explorer. To me a more interesting watch than the OP but slightly more expensive.

I thought about the explorer but I already have a 116710LN and not sure about another sport watch. I'm leaning towards something more dressy like the OP or DJ.

I have bought a strap and it gives me a better fit, but I like the versatility of a bracelet. Is the white dial 39mm OP too similar to the Globemaster? I've never seen it in person, only pictures.

I think they're different enough looking watches given the fluted bezel, pie pan dial, and 6 o'clock date but, on the other hand, they are somewhat similar in looks but lots of people, myself included, own multiple watches that look similar.

I agree here. I have a two tone Globemaster that I would probably crawl over broken glass to keep, but if it ain't your jam, loose it and get what you're going to wear.

I've never let a watch go and regretted it after. Usually if I'm at the place where you are, that means it's time. There's always something shinier, and you can also always go back to the Globemaster if you miss it that much.

The two tone is my favourite of the lot! Not surprised it's a keeper.
