Congratulations! Omega looks great and I've considered getting one as well. Enjoy it in good health.

Omega is a much better bang for the buck than Rolex!

I am just amazed at the quality of the watch…..in my opinion it is far more superior to the Submariner….the quality and the 9900 movement are just amazing….Omega just gained another life customer.
You know what they say about opinions..........

My husband often says his planet ocean is far superior to his subs. That it’s not even closer

We have mostly been Rolex people as well. But have picked up 3 omegas between us this past year and love them. His moon watch and PO run about plus 1sec a week. My 38mm moon watch plus 1 per day.

absolutley agree! I've been a big Rolex fan for many years, but the Omega Seamaster Trilogy is perhaps more beautiful to me than any Rolex diver!

I have to agree. Got my first Omega in November 2021 and I'm very impress with the quality and accuracy of the AT41. It's either spot on or +1 which is better than my Rolex. Omega is underrated and Rolex is overrated IMHO.

About 4 or 5 years ago I was in the market for my first luxury sports watch. I was trying to decide between a Rolex Explorer II, or the second generation Planet Ocean with the 8500 co-axial movement and silicon balance spring. (both pre-owned). I felt like for the same amount of money, I could get more watch with the Omega. I still love Rolex, but I think Omega has a lot to offer to people that can't get into the Rolex club. The Planet Ocean has been tough as nails, extremely accurate and still looks great.

Went from 4 Rolex to one. I love my new Sapphire Sandwich and am on list for Red Speedy 57 (whenever they decide to deliver). Can't see adding another Rolex. I've grown to appreciate the luxury without "pretension" vibe if you will.
