hello, and welcome to the forum.
definitely not the first one. the seller has no previous feedback and there fore i would not buy anything expensive from them. the second one, is one i would buy from though. this is because if you look at their feedback, they have a history of selling high priced watches from $1,000 up to one im seeing for around $5,000 and they are receiving good feedback ratings. as fr as the third one, the listing has ended. a final option would be to buy from one of the trusted sellers on here. no worried about authenticity and you get a friendly and fast transaction. these watches pop up often on here. i hope this info helped. enjoy the forum!

I don't like ebay, but with a Speedy I would try and get it on a bracelet. A leather strap is worthless.
The 2nd one is a Speedy reduced, auto, smaller size 38/39mm I think, not as sought after. Try and get the professional. Good luck. |

the first one looks okay and circa 2008-current cause of the omega globe but of course zero feedback
The seconds one looks legit The last one dial, hands and such are not for that model making me think it's some franken watch. You can either get it from one of the great sellers or wait for one on the for sale section here. |

I bought mine from the Japanese seller sabashioyakiz1. The watch (Omega Speedy) was in mint condition as described and the transaction went perfectly with suprisingly fast shipping. I highly recommend him.

I have found these eBay sellers to be quite trustworthy:
Eiji (sabashioyakiz1) is a super seller as is kaerui. All these guys stand behind their watches. And forget the Speedmaster Reduced. Go for the real thing, the Speedmaster Professional. Fr. John† |

Also, every once in a while there are legitimate private owners that sell on eBay. They will have all boxes, books, and cards. Look for feedback as well and always ask questions to the seller. Good luck! |

I would have to say sabash has been known to have better polish and such on his watches. Eiji (sabashioyakiz1) is a pro while hiroshi (karubei) does a rough and not detailed refinish.

Shop carefully, ask many questions, and don't be afraid to check a reference or two. I would start checking the classified section here and learn as much as you can before buying a watch, sight unseen

Hope, I am allowed to enter this thread. Do I have to pay any additional taxes, customs fees etc., if I buy a watch in Japan and have it sent to US? ( I am originally from Germany, where it would definitely be the case).
Thanks for help. |
