Vintage Cadette
First time in the Breitling threads, hoping someone can help shed some light on a friends vintage Cadette? I can’t seem to find any information on the one he has which has roman numerials for markers. Picture to follow.

Sorry that’s as good of image i have, the only reference I can find online has the numbers 2, 4, 8, 10 not the Roman numerals. I’m assuming it must be a very early serial
