Daily PM wear?

I’d like to but have a tough time strapping on the full rose root beer or Smurf. However the TT root beer is my daily!

I wouldn't wear mine everyday, but these are some lovely pieces pictured here.

I wear a meteorite GMT daily. Love it. I pop in another watch or two during the week, but the GMT gets worn almost daily.

very nice! oysterflex makes it comfortable as a daily wearer, full PM pieces would be too heavy.

I bought a WG sub a couple of months and have worn it every day since. I don’t see that changing anytime soon. The weight is something special.

Daily PM wear?

Not much sense in having a collection if only wearing one watch. I used to but my collection has diversified. I generally wear my watches for a week or two at a time so during those weeks it can be only a PM watch.

When I had a two watch Rolex collection consisting of a YG Daytona and a SS Submariner I would wear the Daytona for weeks on end. Not so much now as I have a lot of watches and swap out multiple times a day.

My mother and father wore all gold DD and my father worked in the construction industry. Both went 25 years or so without service and worn in water, saunas, used in ultrasonic cleaners gardening, as well as the day to day stress one may expect with construction etc... all the kinds of things folks would be running to create an is it safe thread, and yes it was safe.

Lots and lots of threads on this in the forum. But yes, folks who buy PM wear them all day every day. No difference from steel in structural durability. Regrettably, some areas require more concern in today's world from a safety aspect.

Hah thanks Jim. Makes me happy knowing he already appreciates them. He’s the ultimate QA engineer. Maybe Rolex should put him on the payroll.

Absolutely. PM or SS makes no difference to me. If it is in my collection it is being worn regularly including daily for weeks to months at a time!

Made a similar thread myself a few days back.

But yes all day every day. Have a few really nice SS pieces but it’s hard to put them on with these 2 beauties also in my stable
