116000 looks good?

The series number on the watch matches the number on the warranty card, BTW.

Impossible to authenticate that one photo
BUT
I only once saw a photo that the whole REHAUT from top to bottom, left to right could be read from one picture and that was fake!
AND
The little I can see of the box looks suspicious too.
I would add this model is the easiest ROLEX to fake - you need more and better photos.

INTERESTING
Personally I did not like a few aspects - ran a serial number check.

Rolex Oyster Perpetual - 36mm Model 116000 - Silver Dial Brand New ...

The dial is the distinctive face of a Rolex watch, the feature most responsible for its identity and readability. ... Serial Number: 2Q9574A5, Face Color: Gray.

This model is best faked Rolex - personally I would want to see a lot more -

This is just me, and others might find it a faux pas but the dude gave you the serial and the warranty card info - if I was actually struggling with this purchase decision I’d call the jeweler (googled it’s a real place) and ask if they sold an OP a couple weeks ago with that serial. Say I was trying to authenticate buying a used watch. You would totally be blowing someone up if it was a new ceramic Daytona or Pepsi but this is not a hard watch to find, I doubt the AD cares if it gets resold.

If I had any doubts, the only other thing I would do is move on.

This.

However, it does appear to have a corporate logo engraved on the case back. So if you (OP) are looking for a 100% clean/original piece, I'd pass anyway.
If you don't mind the logo then go for it, but I'd still factor it in when negotiating the price.
