Very nice. They are still good at what they do despite being slower and less customer friendly these days.

It happens to most people that are really good at what they do because their volume ramps up. I think they are running a fairly lean operation there, isn’t it just two of them? When you become successful/busy/overworked you tend to let your overly friendly customer service slip. I have experienced it, as well as seen friends go through it.

In the end on something like this the work matters. I don’t need a slick presentation and a back rub. The watches are the only thing that matter.

I have my 16750 GMT there getting a vintage restore/case polish, we disagreed about something before I sent it in and got a little bit fresh with them. They handled it very professionally, and it turns out I was wrong anyway.

I don’t know how they were, but now it seems like they are clocking in a lot of hours and don’t have much time to jack the jaw. I bet they will hire a customer service rep or receptionist at some point.

I just got my two watches back from laww this morning. Edvi took the time to answer all my questions. Unfortunately they have no updates until it is your turn. Thrilled with results...

Most important thing...They are expensive because they are amazing at their craft.

twotone datejusts have always been one of our favorite rolex models. the case restoration on yours is spectacular. did you need the bracelet restored as well? it looks to be reasonably tight for it's age.
