Authentic panerai concerns

Hello,
I am trying to determine if this looks authentic. It has a return policy which is why I bought it. I’ll likely take to an AD but was curious if it had an glaring problems
It is missing the crown and case protector. But is the pam111 44mm

I had some concerns looking at the back but I’ve never had a panerai so idk but my gut was concerned

Your best bet imo, is to buy from a ad, or from a trusted seller to avoid getting swindled. Happy hunting

What type of ad?

Yes I think you’re right and it’s worth paying extra for piece of mind

There you go!

https://www.panerai.com/en/network/a...d-dealers.html

Go to an AD (Authorised Dealer) nearest to where you live.

Thanks! I just bought from Jomashop who I've bought from before and know they're legit. Thanks for the information! I just got a Pam114 and am super excited for my first one!

I’ve been researching the difference and man, fakes have gotten GOOD. Pretty scary! I’m in the same boat trying to find a nice used one but hard to know what you’re getting unless you choose a reliable source.

Not only that, you will be slammed again when it come to selling. You gotta prove it’s not a fake.

I used to look/want and ETA based Panerai. But bought an in-house movement Panerai. Even now, there are beginning to have fake P9000 movements.

I think considering you can get at least 25% off from AD or trusted seller why risk it with untrusted sources to save a few hundred. I prefer to sleep easy at night
