I agree, however, if what OP said is true, then that AD blatantly lied to this entire forum - if that’s the case, I wouldn’t want to do business with them.

All it’ll take is for the buyer of the CHNR to post the warranty card.

I actually believe Jundi and his bundle, naming the AD was a bad move, but so many haters for a super purchase he made.

Anyway, can we now go back to the normal program of "where can I buy a Daytona, Pepsi, Batman, Hulk with discount?"

Wouldn't it be nice if the CHNR buyer chimed it with his evidence to dissipate once and for all, all doubts?

I (or Google) could be wrong, but it's not difficult (thanks, internet) to figure out that Jaspreet is a 28 y/o kid in North Royalton. Coupled with the pic of the 458 that was posted, it's pretty easy to put together. I only decided to look him up after questioning the ethics behind his shill.

While I don't doubt that he (or someone in his family..) did actually procure the 3 watches shown, I'd be surprised if he's an attending physician at that age. He'd be this era's doogie howser. Whatever the case is, it'd be hard to blame the guy for getting a good deal and parting with one of the three watches he doesn't want. More the issue was the manner through which he tried to sell the watch, with a dupe acct and a fake reference, etc.

All Rolex would have to do is be a mystery shopper, buy a pile of these and then chase the provenance (which would be pretty easy to do as these are all by definition straight flips...) and then go hell for leather at the ADs. It has no intention of doing so. Indeed at Baselworld Rolex got a very average reception but by allowing these games you now see the new BLNR for USD 20k or more and so now everyone wants it. As far as Rolex is concerned, problem solved. They can occasionally play tokenism with the odd AD but that is about as far as they will go. They have huge demand for their products and they take no risk. A perfect market for them!

So whilst we don't quite know what happened that stuff going out the backdoor onto the world of the flippers is clearly alive and well. That's probably the most clear thing you can get from this.......

FD.

I do not know why anyone believes Rolex really gives a crap. You have a few people on here who swear that is the case but what you said is exactly what the manufacturer could do, and easily, if they did in fact give two craps about this flipping business. Its working out pretty well for them!

Or they are all fake. None were really in clear focus. The dates were changing so I assume it was late in the evening but the daylight pic in the car throws some logic out the window. My AD correctly set the local date and time on my Gmt2. Maybe they all just came to the post office and he picked them up from there.

A difference of 16k for a Daytona white dial ceramic plus a relationship with an AD for other hot pieces.

OR buy a Daytona on grey market for 22-23k.
You did the right thing, its a good deal imo. Its your money, no need to defend your decision.

OP should def keep rubbing his three brand new expensive watches against each other. Seems only right to show no respect to three watches most would cherish if they were lucky enough to get their hands on one. :eyeroll:

I am sure Rolex care that most of their professional models are now cornered in the Grey Market. I am also sure Rolex sent out their team to look at the serial numbers and can easily trace back to AD. Especially the steel Daytona's that are supposed to go to the "loyal customers"

However, there is no easy method to prevent it without altering some of their long held traditions. I am sure you have been reading a number of AD's in the US got cut by Rolex and I think the change is coming

Howdy,

Welcome back?

Considering all of the intrigue associated with this post, and considering the fact that Sheiban's has taken the unprecedented step of creating an account on the forum for the sole purpose of publicly stating that you are a liar who has libeled them online, one would think that you would want to clear your name regarding where you acquired the watches.

Since you already stated publicly that you got them at Sheibans, and since, presumably, you want to maintain your online reputation on this forum as a seller, do you have anything you would like to share? A partially blacked out receipt or warranty card perhaps? Surely you still have two of them left with matching dates since you only sold the CHNR.

At the very least, if you didn't buy them at Sheiban's, be honest about it so that their name isn't unfairly sullied by your attempt to cover for whomever you did acquire the watches from.

Take care,

Ruddiger

I can only imagine he bought them all at way over MSRP from greys and came here to flex only to be called out by the AD.

Howdy,

At this point I'm inclined to think that's the case, particularly with the way the OP has presented himself as a high roller, a doctor, and as an enthusiast of expensive performance cars.

As previously pointed out by another forum member, a simple google search will demonstrate his medical degree is likely from the local community college. To be clear, there is no shame in that at all as education is a wonderful thing, however, an associates degree does not a doctor make.

Regardless, at the very least, if you didn't get them from Sheiban's then say so. We are not asking you to out your real supplier, but a legitimate AD shouldn't have their good name tarnished by a hasty slip of the tongue.

Take care,

Ruddiger

Maybe he's not at liberty to say anything else about Sheiban's or his sweet bundle? Seems like a lot of CYA went down after Jundhi spilled the beans in this thread. Why does anyone think any more details are going to be provided?
