Incoming and First Omega (Pic Heavy)

So I picked up the Casamigos Seamaster on Wednesday. Love this piece!

Edit: Forgot the wrist pics.

LOL, haven't touched it. Not sure if it's some special edition to commemorate that watch.

The watch looks awesome, great pick-up! Love the color combos and the black ceramic case, very cool.

But I don't really get the Casamigos partnership... Isn't that George Clooney's brand? And isn't he a huge Speedmaster guy? NOT that we need another Speedmaster LE...

Certainly extremely limited. Was offered one also... Wish I had the wrist for this sort of thing. Congrats.

thanks everyone and I don't know why they picked the sea master over the speedy. in any case, I'm glad they did. I needed a GMT in my life. :)

The more I look at the pictures, the more I dig it. I really like how the minute hand is a different lume color than the hour and dial markers.

thanks for pointing that out. did you notice the tip of the second hand is teal blue to match some of the script?

Wow! Thank you very much for posting this. It is such a limited edition, that I am sure your lovely pics are the closest I will ever get to seeing the real one.

Super presentation, especially withe Mezcal. And the attention to detail on that watch is really first-rate.

Congratulations!

Cheers,
Carl

My boutique has one waiting for me.

I absolutely love how it looks. Now is bad timing for me though. I’ll go look, but I might have to pass.

What a looker in pics. I hope I don’t like it as much in person.

Thanks again everyone. The watch is stunning in person. I was fortunate enough to see it in person before the release. Funny story, I was pre-ordering the Apollo and the boutique manager says, “I have something to show you.” I was sold instantly.

I pre-ordered (paid) already. I will decide whether or not to keep it when it shows up. Right now, I’m leaning yes.

Hehe. My birth year. If I could get the Apollo with 69, that would be epic.

Beautiful! I love this watch. My boutique has one waiting for me to go pick up.

What's the red oval shaped container?

Been reading up on this Casamigos watch and trying to look for one. Question, is this a US boutique only? I was in Singapore and Australia recently and very surprised that the sales people do not know of this watch. Makes me wonder if this is a US release only?

Any insight would be appreciated.

Cheers.

Yes, US only, 80 pieces of which probably a good handful were reserved for Clooney and friends. I think most were spoken for before they announced the released.

Congrats! My brother in law has one as well.

The Casamigos Omega partnership isn't just from Clooney - Rande Gerber and his family ie Cindy Crawford etc are all intertwined with Omega.

My only grip is the size - it's just a little too big in my opinion. Other than that it's pretty awesome.

Oh and the Mezcal is just a regular bottle of their Mezcal they released not too long ago.
