Got a call, and lost my mind for some reason.
True confessions:
Got the call for the CHNR GMT this week and said --no thanks.. I've since awakened and come to my senses. Am happy for the guy on the list though who benefited from my pass.

Good of you to pass if the watch wasn’t for you
What was it that made you decide to pass? |

It's the only two-tone Rolex that I'd consider owning and it would have fit well with your collection but if you're not feeling it, you're not feeling it, so you did the right thing.

Good for you. I actually passed on a watch that is pretty popular, but really didn't do much for me as I had time to sit and think. Make someone else on the list a happy customer.

I passed when offered TT CHNR, but luckily that meant BLRO call only a few days later, which I bought!

Honestly my one concern before acquiring was versatility, but the CHNR can definitely serve as a great daily. It doesn't necessary have to be part of a huge collection. I have this watch and the Speedy, and feel that my bases are more than covered...(that said, I've barely worn the Speedy since adding the CHNR )

Well, the fact that you were not completely sure you wanted it and declined is a good thing. Usually that hesitation stems from not being truly ready or unconvinced it’s the right decision.

I passed on a CHNR and kinda regret it. I’m just not a two tone guy. So provably was the right decision.

I got mine last year as soon as they hit the states, 5 days later I got robbed at gun point and lost my watch. I’ll never want the watch again. Too flashy for me

Got an offer for CHNR from AD too, well I said no thank you. From what I heard these TT are easy to get just like Rolex intended to unlike the SS BLRO/BLNR which is almost impossible to get.
