Depends how loose the end-links are and how they sit on the lugs/case. Pop the bracelet off and see if they're rubbing away at the case of the watch.
Have any photos? Is it a newer model or vintage piece? |

What it is is this
The endlinks don't go all the way to the case there's a small gap. Nothing rubbing if you push them when watch is off they can bend downwards |

If the endlinks go all the way to the case then you probably couldn't get the spring bars to lock in place - there has to be some play.
You are using the correct diameter spring-bars?

I believe so the genuine band is so hard to find for the 2254.50 or is over 900 usd . This one is good just doesn't fit tight to the case . But it's not rubbing anyway so should be ok

Never really got a straight answer will it hurt the watch using this band ?
Or since it's not touching the case no ? |

It's not the correct bracelet brother. Doesn't look good at all. I would think it puts too much pressure on the spring bars without a good fit and they might fail at some point. Get the right bracelet or put it on a $5 nato if you don't want to spend the money. |

I wouldn't use that bracelet on that watch for two reasons: 1) yes, there is risk that the case will be damaged by poorly fitting end-links (you're asking the forum, but I think your own suspicion of this risk is telling you the answer), and 2) that watch/bracelet combo looks terrible.
If you don't want to invest in the correct bracelet, then spend $100 on a classic, quality rubber strap for it. |

So would it take a long time for those end links to cause damage ?
