What pins for speedy leather strap

Finally bought the leather oem strap and buckle today. Noticed it didn’t come with any pins and I remember i have 6 pins with my watch think 2 are for the bracelet and the other 4 are for the natos. What pins should i put on the leather strap ? If I remember correctly the larger pins are for the bracelet and smaller ones for nato is that right ?

I was told the longer ones are used for straps, so that’s what I’ve been doing.

Just a update to help anyone who also might be not sure what pins to use on the leather oem straps.
I had to go with the longer pins that are ment for the nato strap.
Got the leather strap on now and it’s perfect just what i was after. I am not really a fan of dress watches and thisnis the perfect balance for me a dressed up sports watch.

I'm guilty of overusing this photo, but perhaps it's appropriate here...
