Nice link roadcarver...
Quick question for any - on page 5, the text says "The bracelet’s extension system has been improved
as well. The new version is sturdier and
has an additional link. The extension is now also
connected to the end of the clasp so that the
clasp no longer gapes open."

What exactly does this mean (I can't seem to visualize it) & when did the change take place? Is this change on all SEL Sea Dweller bracelets?

Thanks, just wondering if it applies to my NOS F-Series which will arrive Tuesday/Wednesday.

I am happy to see that the Seadweller beat out the IWC, 89 to 86. I just bought a Seadweller this past weekend.

I think the old style looks like the 14060 extension links.

The new ones looks similar to the modern 16610, plus it has a "L" marked extension for larger and thicker wet suits.

Regards,

Vernon

Best SD Review Ever

John Holbrook's SD v. Planet Ocean review.

http://rolexreferencepage.com/SDPO/sd%20vs%20po.html

I love his Rolex reviews--particularly his head-to-head reviews with Omega. He's an Omega fan though, and Omega usually wins.

Usually....
