Question about Richard Mille 35-01 or 02

I am thinking about getting the RM 35-01 or 02. I have never bought Richard Mille before, my question is how could you buy that art at Retail? Would they put your name on waiting list ( i dont mind to be on the list)

Have you heard of this thing called a phone?
You pick it up, press the numbers in a certain sequence, and then you'll hear a ringing tone.
When it stops ringing, that usually signifies someone has picked their phone up (because it was ringing) and will typically say “Hello”.
When you call a business, the person will normally add their name and the store’s, which is then your cue to introduce yourself to them.

Let us know how you got on with this new (to you, obviously) technology, and what they said after informing them that you’re a potential customer and the pieces you’re interested most in.
If you visit the store and have a face-to-face conversation with the staff member you speak with, then you can see and try on some pieces to see if they make a connection with you.
If not, then you’ll know that as much as you like the look of them in photos, they’re not for you.

My friend has one but he paid grey market, i dont want to spend over msrp. and i love it alot, especially Rafa ‘ model.
I have tried to call but it seems like no way to reach to them, no one pick up the phone.
I am asking to someone has experienced with the RM Boutique.
