Thanks for all the kind words everyone!

It's been about 22 hours since I wound her up and set it against my iphone. Seems to be about 1 second off which clearly could be from operator error during the initial time setting. Therefore, I'm convinced the new movement testing Rolex is doing is paying off. She went on my wrist at 10:46 AM yesterday, and then onto my watch winder at 10:30 last night. Slapped her back on my wrist at 6:30 this morning and the time has not deviated at all as far as I can tell. This thing is dead on accurate so far!

The only goofy thing I can say is that the bracelet is very squeaky. I've had this before in other Rolex SS pieces, but not for a long time. Neither of my other two recent SS Sport models exhibited this, so it kind of surprised me. I know it goes away after some use, and cleanings so no worries.

Thanks again!

Joe

I had just happened to email my AD we week or so ago and asked if he's heard anything. To which he replied with, "I'm being told soon" by his Rolex Rep. A week later, it was here, so I think you probably don't have long to wait now.

Good luck!

Joe

That's funny as my birthday is in June, and historically....

I've purchased most of my new watches in June the past few years. Two years ago it was both the Sea Dweller C, and a few weeks later it was the BLNR. A few years before that it was the Explorer II (also a June purchase). Last year it was a Speedmaster. I guess subliminally, I figure I need to buy my own birthday gifts! : )

And that drives my wife nuts! She always says "no one has any idea to give you your Bday, as you always buy everything yourself"!

To which I reply, "Scotch and Bourbon are always safe bets"!!!
