Getting my hands on a GV next week!

Just to look at, I'll have to give it back unfortunately!

Hi All
Thought I would (finally) introduce myself properly, as I've been floating around here for a few months now! What a great forum, informative & friendly, with some great characters.

I work at HQ for a network of AD's and I have just heard that there are some anniversary editions coming in next week. Don't know how many, but they are already sold, as we have approx 50 on 'the list'. Looks like supply and shipping on these will be picking up though.

I was enquiring about the delivery as included in that will be my own GMT-IIc! Boy it's going to be a long week! Thanks to those who helped me deicde

I'll get some pics up of the GV's as soon as they come in.

ps. I have a 16234 DJ, soon to be sold & replaced by the GMT-IIc.
Also an Omega Speedy.

Thanks for the information
An AD told me today she wasn't expecting any more for this year......
Maybe some AD's get a preference in deliveries. I sure hope there are more GV's hitting the shelves, I'm tired of seeing them on e-scam for US$20,000

Not sure about preferences... but our group is the largest AD network in the UK! IMHO sometimes supply to the UK seems to be a lot smoother than to USA (and to Australia).
I'll have an update next week, hopefully with pics too!

Please forgive my ignorance, I thought that I could work out most abbreviations, for the different watches, but I just can't work out what GV stands for.
Please put me out of my misery.
Cheers
P.S. I think that you must work for my favourite jewellers!!!!!!!!!

Thank you very much for putting me out of my misery. I guessed that it might have something to do with the Migauss, but I just couldn't think what the initials stood for.
