I for my part would love to own a DD in YG (118238) with a silver dial like this one:
  (pics from a watch site and from a German watch forum). I wonder if you got the pics from the German watch forum, too, Frostie? The DD shows the day in German. This one I tried on at an AD (dial looks like the champagne dial on the pics, but is in fact a silver coloured dial):
