Incoming!!!!!! Yep, Daytona content for those who haven't had enough!!!
Okay, so I'm not a great photographer! Here's my new addition, as of about 11:00 CST today. I had to wait the long weekend, as my AD got a hold of me late on Friday announcing it was in. Unfortunately I was headed out the door for the weekend with the family, and today was the earliest I could pick it up.
It's all that I expected, and it does wear slightly larger then my SS/18K 16523 Zenith Daytona. I'm blown away by the bezel, it really adds a lot to this piece. I hope everyone that's ordered one get theirs soon! My AD received two (one white, one black), and true to his word, I was tops on his list. He said he's had over 60 people ask to order one, and he is keeping a list, but said it would be years before he could get to all the interested parties. He said his Rolex Rep. is telling him not to expect more then one or two more before years end. He owns two stores, so I know he moves a lot of stock, and has always had a nice stream of SS Daytona's coming in. He says the world wide demand is so high that he doubts he'll see them come as quickly as they'd been for the last few years. I'm sure it will all settle down at some point, but I literally had to pledge my life away that I would not "flip" this piece. Thanks all! Joe
