which rolex model has Ceramic pin for bracelets

I know daydate 40 has new updated ceramic pin for bracelets but recently my friend bought new gmt master ii rose gold and that watch had ceramic pin. Which model has ceramic pin? Does new gold sub has one? Or just gmt master rose & dd40?

All the new 40mm gold models have the ceramics in the bracelet. My RG SkyD has it as well. Not sure for the 36, 31 and 28 mm models.

Is it the pin that is ceramic?
I always thought it was a ceramic sleeve in the link and that the pins were still steel.

It's only on precious metal bracelets, so the screw pin is gold. Around the pin is a sleeve.

No when its hallmarked gold, all components except the movement, bracelet sleeves and crystal must be gold, the ceramic sleeves protect the wear from the softer gold screws.Which are the weakest link in any bracelet even the spring-bars are gold.

I believe all the new 40mm gold models have the ceramics in the bracelet, that's those I can think of right now.

Can anyone compile a list of which models have ceramic pin sleeves and which do not, I’m still confused if all models contain them.

If they do that would be good to know so that we know if the bracelet will sag in the future

I recently bought a Day Date 18038, early 80s model. Even the spring bars should be gold? I’ll need to check.

do we have definitive info on which models have this?

I'm specifically interested in 126715CHNR or 126619LB ... both 2022, but released in 2018 and 2020 respectively.

My 116505 2022 has ceramic pins

My 228206 2021 has ceramic pins

These are my data points I’m relatively new to PM. My impression was at this point all PM have it but I’m unsure as to when the transition happened.

Don't modern ss Rolexes have ceramic pins, too? I thought ceramic pins on bracelets were ubiquitous across all Rolex bracelets these days - introduced around the time of ceramic bezels, and a contributing factor for reducing stretch in bracelets (along with solid links and solid end links).

Via https://millenarywatches.com/rolex-bracelet-stretch/:

Quote:
Rolex is, of course, aware of the issue of bracelet stretch and has gone to great lengths to minimize it. Some of the most important measures mentioned above. In recent times, Rolex has also started incorporating ceramic inlays in the bracelet, where the pins meet the link, to reduce friction and minimize wear to the lowest possible level. With that said, the difference between Rolex’s vintage bracelets and modern bracelets are huge. The modern bracelets come from the factory with essentially zero stretch or play, which certainly wasn’t the case back in the days. This alone greatly helps against bracelet stretch.
I realize the above doesn’t specify material (gold, ss, plat) here - maybe only applicable to gold. Or maybe I shouldn’t trust everything I read on the internet.

It's possible.

The DSC (also in Ti) has those. It's a bit surprising, since grade 5 Ti is supposed to be much tougher than pm ...
