I know I’m a bit late to the party as this is my first G-Shock but I’m really pleased with it. It’s one of the Japan made 5000 series which is what swung it for me, as well as the classic original styling of the early models.

I own a Submariner 89 model..
Recently someone mentioned Gshocks as a heavy duty type work watch..
I decided to do some research and looked into the
Brand without the pre conceived ideas I had held.basically with the lower end analogue digital versions, there was a struggle t o figure out what
Time it was..
Then I came across the master of g series..which includes Land,Air,and Sea.
Instantly t he new Analogue Frogman 2020 release..
Captured my attention. GWF-A1000.module
5623..bought it instantly ..
Fair to say I was Gshocked..the watch is gorgeous and can't take it off the wrist..uses an App which h edlps interact and setup the watch..the watch involves you and puts a big smile on my face..
Then the Pandoras box was opened and
The Mudmaster GWG-1000 was next instant purchase..it has ABC sensor .altitude, temperature, barometric pressure and a kool
Compass which utilizes the carbon fibre seconds hand as a pointer...so kool..both the Frogman and Mu d master are big beefy watches which unahamedly impose themselves on your proximity..both watches have large analogue easily edlligle dials ..the Mudmaster h as a smaller rectangular digital screen which blends in well with the dial..then one final watch completed the G s hock trifecta.its called Rangeman
GW-9400..Full digital screen with ABC sensor functions. All three watches incorporate Tough Solar..
I encourage anyone who has an interest in rugged outdoor activities etc o r who is ready to open another
Chapter in their watch world ...take a look at Casio Gshock..range..prices are very affordable from about $100 -1500 Aust dollars depending on which model u are looking at....ps i like how th e brand seems to be o original and is recognizable as Gshock ..what can I say apart from being unashamedly "G-Shocked"
Happy New Year to All....wear your watches in good health..
