FS: 1967 Rolex 5512 Meters First Submariner w/ Rare Provenance
For sale is my incredible condition 1967 Rolex 5512 Meters First Submariner with beautiful, even patina. This 5512 is in amazing shape with thick lugs and beautiful chamfers still present on the case. The watch has a domed crystal, which really amplifies the beauty of the dial. This piece also comes with a letter from the president of Rolex in 1971 referencing the owner of the piece and a prospective sailing trip from California to Asia. In the letter, the president eludes to Rolex producing the first, and what they believe to be, the finest waterproof watch in the world. This is an incredible piece to add to a collection. The watch comes with a later 93150 bracelet with 501b endlinks. This deal is for the watch and accompanying letter and envelope only.
